If you need functionality that isn't available in the Shopware Store, or if an existing plugin doesn't fit your requirements, we can build it. We write clean, documented, Shopware-native code and deliver a production-ready plugin with documentation.

Typical scope: new plugin from specification, modification of an existing plugin, integration with third-party services.

Migrations

Moving to Shopware 6 without losing data or going offline for a week.

We handle technical migrations to Shopware 6 from Shopware 5, Magento, WooCommerce, or other platforms. This includes data mapping, plugin gap analysis, theme handoff, and post-go-live stabilization.

We do not handle brand redesigns or creative direction as part of a migration — that is out of scope.

We audit your Shopware 6 setup: PHP configuration, database query patterns, Elasticsearch indexing, CDN setup, plugin load impact, and deployment pipeline. You receive a prioritized list of issues with implementation options — not a report full of generic recommendations.

Shopware 6 has specific infrastructure requirements. Most generic hosting setups miss several of them.

We review or configure your stack: PHP-FPM tuning, Redis session/cache configuration, Elasticsearch or OpenSearch setup, CDN integration, and CI/CD deployment pipelines for Shopware.
